Tom Silva, Chief Brand Officer
As CBO and Marketing Strategist for Rainworks, Tom brings two decades of experience as a business strategist and creative director. He is the founder of Silva Brand, a brand consultancy and marketing agency in Chicago; previously Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for The Alter Group, a leading commercial real estate development firm, and Communi-cations Director for PM Realty Group, an international property manager. His writings on business and branding have been featured in academic journals, text books, and popular business media. Tom is also a filmmaker and musician with the indie prog-rock band, Clara May. He holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Long Island University and a Masters of Arts in the Humanities from the University of Chicago.
